Happy Birthday today to... Rachel Otten!!


Reminder to all students... Handbook forms must be turned in by next week Monday. Forms are available at the front office. Student insurance forms are also available at the front office.


One Act tryouts for the play "Saving the Greeks (One Tragedy at a Time) will be held next Monday, August 26th, 6-9 PM, Tuesday, August 27th, 4-5:30 PM and Wednesday, August 28th, 7:30-8 AM. Review scripts and cast lists are available outside Mr. Moeller's room!


All 9th-12th grade students should plan on attending Cuming County College Night on August 28th from 6:30-8:30pm at the Nielsen Center in West Point. This is a great opportunity to learn about programs at institutions from Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, and Missouri. Fill out a barcode and bring it with you! Barcodes can be obtained at nebraskacollegefairs.org


Did you know that 70% of students who participate in the Health Careers Club go on to become a health professional? 9-12th students are invited to learn more about this club on Wednesday, August 28th from 7:00-8:30 at NECC. For more information, please see Mrs. Kreikemeier


Juniors... sign-up for a concessions shift for Monday, September 23rd. Sign-up sheet is in the office.


Part Time Help needed nights and weekends at Wisner Subway. Must be 16 years old. Stop by Wisner Subway to apply.


Students interested in learning more about Emory University, John Hopkins University, University of Notre Dame and Washington University in St Louis are invited to an information session on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at Brownell Talbot School in Omaha. Please see Mrs. Kreikemeier to sign up


Groups are still needed to work the volleyball and softball concession stands on August 29th and the softball tournament on August 31st. Please talk to Jaimy Liermann ASAP if your group would like to earn to some easy money!!

All 7th-12th grade students are encouraged to take a leadership role and apply for Student Council. Please pick up an application in the front office. The deadline to return applications is Friday, August 23rd. See Mrs. Kreikemeier if you have questions.
